Today, at Grafton Recruitment in Zurich, I help companies fill positions in Technical Engineering, Finance & Accounting, and Corporate Functions (HR and Administration). Through a structured approach, targeted sourcing strategies, and a clear understanding of both business requirements and company culture, I identify suitable talent even for the most challenging vacancies.
