Before joining Grafton, I worked in recruitment for more than five years, most recently as an IT Talent Acquisition Consultant. In this role, I supported companies in filling professional and specialist positions and gained extensive experience in candidate sourcing, selection, and placement.
I support candidates through honest advice, market expertise, and a transparent recruitment process. My goal is not only to find the right position but also to create sustainable long-term career opportunities. Today, at Grafton Recruitment in Zurich, I help companies fill positions in Technical Engineering, Finance & Accounting, and Corporate Functions (HR and Administration). Through a structured approach, targeted sourcing strategies, and a clear understanding of both business requirements and company culture, I identify suitable talent even for the most challenging vacancies.
