In my role as Branch Manager in Geneva, I focus on filling Engineering, IT and Finance positions across French-speaking Switzerland. In my dual position as Division Manager Engineering and IT, I support companies in the targeted search for qualified specialists, middle managers and senior leaders, for both permanent and temporary positions.

I started my career combining B2B sales and recruitment, which taught me to see hiring from both the business side and the people side. Since then, I have worked over the past 10 years in various senior roles with clients in watchmaking, medtech, engineering and other industries, often in international environments. I take the time to understand how my clients work, and that lets me identify people who will make a real difference in their teams.
